About Me
Hi, I’m Cory Cooper Berens, founder of Yoga for Youngsters and a Children & Teens Yoga Coach specializing in autism and special needs support.
With a background in early childhood education and years as a center director, my journey shifted when my son was diagnosed with autism at 18 months. Through breathwork, mindfulness, and Hatha yoga, I discovered tools that helped him regulate emotions, build strength, and thrive in ways traditional therapy alone could not.
What began as support for my son became a mission to help all children develop focus, confidence, and emotional resilience. Today, I work with children, teens, and families to equip them with lifelong tools for self-regulation and success.
